Natural Energy Source – Coconut oil is one of nature’s richest sources of medium chain triglycerides (MCTs), which are ‘good fats’ your body uses to produce energy. MCTs are nearly water soluble enabling them to be transported more easily in the tissues of the body. Coconut Oil is an ideal part of a healthy diet and lifestyle, as well as exercise and weight program. Coconut oil can also be used in your favourite recipes as a substitute for butter, margarine, shortening or vegetable oils. Blend it into salad dressings, smoothies, sauces and dips. Spread over bagels and toast. Drizzle it on popcorn. It’s naturally delicious. Coconut oil can be used for baking, sautéing and frying in temperatures up to 350 F.
Nature’s Way Coconut Oil provides the perfect balance of purity, potency, flavour and aroma and comes in a variety of formats and flavours: Semi-solid Organic Pure Virgin Coconut Oil, Liquid Coconut Oil and Flavoured Liquid Coconut Oil in delicious Garlic, Jalapeno, Lemon Rosemary, Sriracha and Raspberry flavours.
We start with pure expeller pressed non-GMO coconut oil, which are steam distilled, a process similar to concentrating premium fish oils. Then we separate the medium chain from long chain fats that allow us to preserve the full profile of capric, caprylic and lauric acids, which give the oil its delicious fruity/nutty flavour and texture. The result is a Premium Liquid Coconut Oil with a 93% MCT level which allows it to stay liquid even when refrigerated.
