Pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate): 15 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5′- phosphate monohydrate) : 10 mg
Folate (L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, calcium salt) : 400 mcg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

Microcrystalline cellulose, beet root powder, rice bran (Oryza sativa)*, oryza sativa (Rice) hull powder, gum arabic*, sunflower oil*, colloidal silicon dioxide, vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).

Directions:

Adults (19 years and older) – Take 1 capsule daily with food. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking medications or other natural health products.
