The Bs don’t tend to get quite as much attention as the As, Cs and Ds, but for our bodies, they are right up there at the top! While some B vitamins can be synthesized in the gut, they are generally not retained in large quantities due to their water solubility – in other words, they are flushed out of the body easily. Directions:
