B vitamins are water-soluble nutrients that support many everyday processes in the body. Because they aren’t stored in large amounts, they need to be replenished regularly. Some forms of B vitamins are already in a usable state, while others need to be converted before the body can use them. Factors like genetics, age, and digestion can influence how well that conversion happens.

 

Health First P-5-P Supreme contains pyridoxal-5′-phosphate (P-5-P), the biologically active coenzyme form of vitamin B6 (pyridoxine). Because it is already in its active form, it does not require conversion and can be used immediately by the body. Vitamin B6 is involved in many biological functions and helps support energy metabolism, red blood cell production, and tissue formation.

Medicinal Ingredients:

Each vegetable capsule contains
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5’-phosphate monohydrate): 50 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

Microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose (vegetable capsule shell), rice bran (Oryza sativa)*, oryza sativa (rice) hull powder*, gum arabic*, sunflower oil*, colloidal silicon dioxide.

Directions:

Adults (19 years and older) – Take 2 capsules, once daily. Adolescents (9-18 years) – Take 1 capsule, once daily.
