These two herbs are rich in saponins, vitamins and minerals, providing additional nourishment and digestive support for new moms, as well as help keeping blood sugar balanced and lowering cholesterol levels in cases of hyperlipidemia.

Medicinal Ingredients:
Each vegetable capsule contains
Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum, seed)*: 425 mg
5:1 extract, equiv. to 2,125 mg
Blessed thistle (Cnicus benedictus, herb tops)*: 75 mg
5:1 extract, equiv. to 375 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Maltodextrin*, vegetable capsule shell (hypromellose).

Directions:
Adults – Take 1 capsule, twice daily on an empty stomach.
