Hemp-Protein Energy Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients (1 bowl):
- 1 cup unsweetened almond or oat milk
- 1 banana (frozen)
- 1/2 cup frozen berries
- 1 scoop Balanced Protein + Fibre (or Plant Protein Blend flavour of your choice) (approx. 15g protein, 8g fibre, 2g omegas 3&6)
- 1 tbsp Hemp Seed Oil
- Toppings: Hemp Hearts (3 Tbsp), sliced fruit, granola
Instructions:
- Blend the initial five ingredients until smooth and thick.
