Cinnamon Almond Butter Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ cups unsweetened nut milk
1 scoop Genuine Health clean collagen (marine or bovine)
Health First® Ashwagandha Supreme – 2 capsules opened, and the contents put into the blender (discard the capsules)
2 Tbsp almond butter
2 Tbsp golden flax meal
½ tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp almond extract
1/8 salt
6-8 ice cubes
METHOD:
Add all ingredients to a blender and combine for 30 seconds or until you get a smooth consistency.
