Don’t Forget to Eat your Reds

Just think about it for a moment. Think about all the brilliant colours of all the fruits and vegetables that grow on our amazing planet. Imagine this edible rainbow with all the colours of health. Did you know that every colour and shade in the plant kingdom yields its own unique nutritional spectrum? Each of these coloured pigments contain specific phyto (plant) nutrients that nourish, heal and energize us. That’s why we need to include all the rainbow colours in our daily diets!

RED is the New Green – For years the main colour attraction has been shades of Green. Now, don’t get us wrong; we’re as keen as ever on Greens. It’s just that…well, Reds have seriously captured our attention since nutritional scientists around the world are reporting on their special properties. Or should we say super powers?

Our Organic Red SuperFood powder is based upon hundreds of published studies. PubMed, the free search engine maintained by the National Institutes of Health, affirms the powerful, far-reaching health benefits of red super foods. Our Prairie Naturals Organic Red SuperFood is based upon this extensive research.

The colourful natural phytonutrient pigments, zeaxanthin and carotene, contain therapeutic antioxidants with cell-protecting and anti-aging properties.
