  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/3 cup non-dairy yogurt (unsweetened Vanilla or Plain)
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries

  • 1/4 heaping tsp cinnamon 


  1. Add all ingredients to the blender in the above order
  2. Blend until smooth
