Premium quality: it’s embedded in our process
We start with pure expeller pressed non-GMO coconut oil, which are steam distilled, a process similar to concentrating premium fish oils. Then we separate the medium chain from long chain fats that allow us to preserve the full profile of capric, caprylic and lauric acids. Our Liquid Coconut Oil contains 7g of caprylic acid (C8), 5g of capric acid (C10) and 1g of lauric acid (C12) in each 15ml serving (1 tbsp.). The result is a Premium Liquid Coconut Oil with a 93% MCT level, which allows it to stay liquid even when refrigerated. Here are two easy to incorporate coconut oil into your diet.
