Bilingual Order Desk Service Representative

Health First Network is seeking a full time Bilingual Order Desk Service Representative for our Burlington location. In this role the team needs you to:

  • Process orders in the online Inventory Management Tool for products carried in the HFN Warehouse that come in by phone, fax and e-mail from our member network of 130+ stores. Some orders will also come in electronically and by pass the order desk.
  • Prepare reports relating to order quantity and timing using the Inventory Management Tool.
  • Responsible for addressing questions relating to all orders – including orders that come in electronically.
  • Answer basic information about the products carried in the warehouse – training on the health and wellness products in the warehouse will be provided.
  • Be bilingual as 15% of our network resides in Quebec.
  • Have strong social and communications skills and be detail oriented.
  • The position reports into the Warehouse Lead.  Occasionally work with the Distribution & Operations team to help pick, ship and receive orders and to help maintain a clean warehouse and work environment will be required.
  • Support member calls on other topics other than orders that come into the Burlington Support Center from French speaking members.
  • As this position is a new position for HFN – other responsibilities may be added to this role as it evolves.

  • Computer skills – ability to learn/use online Inventory Management Tool in which orders are created

Compensation Salary of $40,000 + benefits
